Taking some time off
Like Dale and Derek suggested, I’ve taken a little more time off. I’m excited to try to run again, to see if there’s any improvements. Going to try to get in tomorrow
I’m going to try Motion care again tomorrow. They’ve always worked for me in the past. I’m a little more skeptical this time, becuase before I’ve only had to go once or twice… and the times I had to go twice, I at least felt partially better after the first visit. Still keeping my fingers…
Hey Nichole! How's it going? I just came across your blog. Well done on your 11th place. I look forward to reading more about your training and successes 🙂
I, too, just discovered your blog and look forward to reading more. I ran the marathon at Grandma's as well but was no where close to your time! I did, however, cut 15 minutes off my PR, so I was happy about that!
