Jeff wins the Whistlestop Marathon
Congrats, Jeff, on your overall win at Whistlestop on Saturday! Here he is receiving his award with his daughter, Emma.

Very proud of you!! I re-read his athlete profile after our first training cycle. He has come a long way in the 3 years we’ve worked together.

Also, a shout out to Craig, who won the Nerstrand 1/2 marathon on Saturday, his 3rd 1/2 marathon win in the last 1 1/2 months. I’m hoping the snow holds off for as long as possible here so I can convince him to do as many of my run workouts as possible this fall/winter/early Spring! 🙂
