Thank goodness!!! I was SO worried after Sunday’s run & looking at a swollen top of a foot.
We think it’s just tendonitis — icing a ton this week and monitoring it closely. It seems to be working, so I’m ecstatic! Swelling is down, and not much for pain/discomfort anymore.
WOW, I can’t wait to begin logging some serious miles! Tomorrow should be interesting — Heart of Summer 10k. I have lost an incredible amount of fitness and speed, but oh well. You have to start somewhere, right? 🙂
P.S. Promise to finish the last half of the marathon blog sometime this weekend!
